Booking Websites for Hotels, Guesthouses and Tours
Booking websites for hotels, guesthouses, tours and rentals, with photos, prices, availability search and a WhatsApp button. From $500.
Guests choose where to stay or what to book in a few minutes, usually on a phone. Your website has to show the place, the price and the next step right away. We design and build booking websites for hotels, guesthouses, lodges, tour operators and rental companies. Our studio is in Buea, Cameroon, and we work with clients worldwide.
What a booking website needs
- Room, tour or rental pages: good photos, what is included, capacity and the price.
- A booking search: check in, check out and number of guests, or a date and group size for tours.
- Online booking or a booking request: guests book without a phone call, or send a request you confirm.
- Deposits and payments: card and mobile money where your guests live. See our mobile money payment integration.
- A WhatsApp button: for the guest who has one question before booking.
- Location and directions: a map, nearby places and how to arrive.
- Trust pages: About, FAQ, house rules and cancellation terms.
Booking and request sites we have built
MedPro Expeditions is a luxury yacht rental company in Miami. The home page opens with a search bar for check in date, check out date and guests. The Sea Hawk has its own page with its 15 guest capacity, 65 foot length, price and a photo gallery. We tested booking from a phone and a laptop before launch. Read the MedPro Expeditions case study.
FamFlo is a household help matching service in Chicago. Each of its three services has its own page and its own request form, and helpers have a separate application. See FamFlo. For FlySkyStop, a research site in Florida, we built a Request a route form that asks only what the study needs. The same thinking applies to a guesthouse enquiry form. Ask for what you need and nothing more.
