These terms cover your use of cyprogram.com and the general way we work with clients. Each project also has its own written quote, which sets out the scope, price and delivery date. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.

Using this website

The content on this website, including text, designs and case studies, belongs to Cyprogram or to the clients who allowed us to show their work. You may share links to it, but please do not copy it as your own. Prices on this site are starting points. Your final price is the one in your written quote.

Quotes and payments

• Every project starts with a written quote with the price, what is included and the delivery date.
• Unless the quote says otherwise, you pay 50 percent to start and 50 percent at launch.
• Rush delivery is possible for an extra fee of 20 to 30 percent, agreed in the quote.

Revisions and changes

Each quote includes a set number of revision rounds. New features or pages outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before we build them.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, images, logos and other material you give us for your project.

Showing our work

We may show finished projects in our portfolio and case studies. If your project must stay private, tell us before we start and we will keep it out of our portfolio.

Courses

Course content is for your personal learning and may not be resold or shared publicly.
