Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This policy explains what information Cyprogram collects on cyprogram.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Cyprogram is a design and software studio based in Buea, Cameroon.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company, email, WhatsApp number, the service you need, your budget and your message. We use it only to reply to you and prepare a quote.
• WhatsApp: when you tap a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a prefilled message. Anything you send is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we use it only to talk with you about your project.
• Course accounts: if you enrol in a course, we store the name, email and progress needed to run your account.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand which pages people visit and how they found us. This uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. It does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

We use your information to answer enquiries, deliver projects, run courses and improve the website. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with services that help us run the site, such as our web host, email provider and Google Analytics, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project messages for as long as they are useful for the work and our records, then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings.

Your choices

• You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt out add on for Analytics.
